It's easy to return items. In your parcel, you will find a pre-paid, pre-addressed UPS label to affix to your return package. Levi’s® will replace or refund any item returned within 28 calendar days of the delivery date.
Rules & Restrictions
- To receive credit, make sure to return items within 28 days of purchase.
- You must include the return portion of the original packing slip. Make sure that you save copies for your records.
- Shipping and handling costs and other additional charges are non-refundable.
- If there is extensive damage to an item upon delivery, report it to the carrier agent and contact Customer Services on 00800 53847 501.
You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. As soon as we proceed with the refund, we will notify you by email. Your refund should appear on your bank statement within 5–10 working days. Refund times are dictated by the issuing bank and are outside our control. Please consult your bank for more information.
If an item is returned that does not comply with our Return Policy, we will not refund you. The item will be returned to you at your expense. You will be notified of this and other associated charges. This includes any items that are returned outside the 28 calendar day returns period.
For retail purchase returns:
Currently items purchased from a Levi's® retail store, Levi's® outlet store or department store cannot be returned to our online store by post. Items purchased from levi.com may not be returned to a Levi's® outlet store, a department store or a Levi's® retail store location. We’re working on this and hope to be able to offer this flexibility soon.
