Return Policy

We hope you love your Levi Strauss & Co. product, however if you’re not completely satisfied, you can return all unworn, unwashed, and/or flawed merchandise within 60 days of purchase.

US - Returns

Rules & Restrictions

  1. Items purchased at a Levi's® Retail Store, Levi's® Outlet Store, or department store cannot be returned by mail to Levi.com.
  2. Items purchased at Levi.com may not be returned to a department store. Returns may only be made to a Levi's® Retail Store or Levi's® Outlet Store location.
  3. Items purchased at a department store may not be returned to a Levi's® Retail Store or Levi's® Outlet Store location.
  4. Items purchased using PayPal™ can be mailed to the Levi.com or returned in-store for store credit.
  5. Shipping and handling costs and other additional charges are non-refundable.
You can return your Levi.com purchases online or to a Levi's Retail Store or Levi's Outlet. If you used PayPal, you can return online for a full refund or in-store for store credit. There are three ways to make your Levi.com return:
  1. Use the prepaid , pre-addressed USPS or UPS shipping label included with your order to ship your return $7.50 will be deducted from your refund.
  2. Mail by a carrier of your choice (and at your own expense) to:

  3. Return to any Levi's Retail Store, along with your original packing slip and/or a copy of your Shipping Confirmation email or online purchase receipt. Items returned without a receipt are eligible for store credit only. Items purchased using Paypal will be refunded for store credit only.

REFUNDS

  1. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. As soon as we process the return, we will notify you by email. Your refund should appear on your bank statement within 10 business days.
  2. If an item is returned that does not comply with this RETURN POLICY, we will be unable to offer a refund and you will be contacted by customer service with more information.

CANADIAN AND MEXICAN RETURNS

We are pleased to offer flat fee returns for our Canadian and Mexican customers via our international shipping partner, i-Parcel, a UPS company. A $15 (CAD) fee per return will be deducted from your return credit when the merchandise return credit is issued to the original method of payment. We will handle all customs formalities and delivery back to our fulfillment center in the United States.

CANADIAN RETURN(S)

  1. Go to Levis.com and click Returns in the bottom left
  2. Enter the tracking number from your purchase confirmation email and the email address from your original order to access your order history
  3. Select the items you wish to return
  4. Print the returns label for Canada Post
  5. Retain the return tracking number listed on your return label
  6. Pack your return securely, in the original packaging if possible, and attach shipping label to the outside of the package, making sure no other tracking labels are visible
  7. Ship package with Canada Post via any of the following methods:
    1. Option 1: Place in mailbox
    2. Option 2: Drop off at any Canada Post shipping location

Mexican Return(s)

  1. Go to Levis.com and click Returns located bottom left of page
  2. Enter the tracking number from your purchase confirmation email and the email address from your original order to access your order history
  3. Select the items you wish to return
  4. Print the UPS return label
  5. Retain the return tracking number listed on your return label
  6. Pack your return securely, in the original packaging if possible, and attach shipping label to the outside of the package, making sure no other tracking labels are visible
    1. Drop off your package at any UPS Store, UPS Drop Box, Office Depot or Staples
